1. Exhibitor must supply all display props including tent, chairs, tables, etc. and tools necessary
to prepare booths for display. Set up is on pavement - stakes, spikes etc are allowed.
2. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for the care and protection of his/her exhibit. It is the
responsibility of the exhibitor to have all liability insurance needed.
(HBBA, DDA, and the City of Brunswick accept no liability in relation to the exhibits.)
3. Only items approved by the HBBA coordinator may be sold.
No retail or commercial items accepted. No flea market items.
NOTE: If the show coordinator and show committee determines you are selling manufactured merchandise, you will be asked to leave the show. Your entry fee will not be refunded.
